Andrew Cooper

When I was young, going on family holidays, I loved to take photos of just about anything. I thought I was a wiz, but really I wasn’t. I would head out with my disposable camera take take happy snaps around Point Lonsdale where we would holiday every Christmas. Back then the photos consisted of the beach, rocks, the pier and the lighthouse. This is where my passion for photography began.

It was not until 2016, when I was on a holiday with my own family in the U.S that I realised that photography really was a passion, and that I loved taking landscape photos in particular. Armed with my brand new Canon 7D, I went mad, snapping away, however this time I noticed that I started to compose my shots better, and the more I learned the better the shots became.

I love taking photos of our landscape, especially around where I live in Ocean Grove and on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Each photo I believe tells is’t own story and can mean something different to each individual. This is the wonder of photography, and why I love it and believe it is a privilege to share with you.

So far my photography escapades have been predominantly focused on landscape, seascapes and some astro around the Bellarine Peninsula. There is such a wealth of photographic opportunity in our own backyard.

Welcome to my web site, I truly hope you enjoy my shots as much as I do taking them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me on the the details below.
